Course content is developed based on current professional standards and does not constitute individualized financial advice. Users are responsible for applying the knowledge acquired in the specific context of their activity.
User Rights and Obligations
By registering on the platform, the user confirms that:
- they have provided accurate and complete information during the account creation process;
- they will use the materials exclusively for personal and professional purposes, without unauthorized redistribution;
- they will respect the terms of access to courses and will not attempt to circumvent security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of repeated violations of these obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Materials and courses are provided "as is," without implied warranties regarding completeness or universal applicability. Safe Harbor Audit Prep is not liable for:
- financial decisions made by users based on information from the courses;
- indirect losses or moral damages resulting from the use of the platform;
- temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.
Our total liability towards a user is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect legislative or operational changes. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
Continued use of the services after the update constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may request termination of the contract and proportional reimbursement of sums paid.
Termination of Use
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. Safe Harbor Audit Prep may immediately terminate access in case of fraud or serious breach of terms.
Upon termination, confidentiality obligations and limitation of liability remain in effect for a period of 3 years.

All legal notifications will be sent in writing, with acknowledgment of receipt, to the mentioned address.
Final Provisions
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
If any provision is declared null or unenforceable, the others remain fully valid. This document replaces any prior agreements between the parties.
